Our Story
Lollypops began the way most honest things do — someone decided the ice cream available wasn't good enough, and spent a summer figuring out how to make it better.
Every batch is churned by hand in small quantities. We source real cream, real eggs, real fruit, and real vanilla. That means the flavors change with the seasons, and some days you might not find your favorite. That's not a flaw — that's the point.
We've been serving Hainesport from our shop on Park Avenue East ever since, and we still make every batch the same way we did on day one.
The Flavors
Our menu shifts with the seasons. These are some of the flavors you might find — or reach out and ask what's special today.
Madagascar vanilla, heavy cream, a touch of egg yolk. The one we started with — and the one people come back for.
Real Jersey strawberries, macerated and folded into a light, bright base. Summer in a scoop.
Cocoa from single-origin beans, rich and deep without being sweet. For the people who take it seriously.
Fresh mint steeped into the cream, then studded with hand-chopped dark chocolate. Crisp, cool, balanced.
Buttery caramel swirled with flaky salt. Sweet and savory in every spoonful — our most requested flavor.
Real pistachios ground into the base — nutty, earthy, and quietly luxurious. Not the artificial kind.

Every batch is churned each morning. No leftovers from yesterday, no industrial freezers longening the shelf life.
Real cream, real fruit, real eggs. We don't use artificial flavors, colors, or stabilizers. If you can't pronounce it, it doesn't go in.
We make what we can sell, not what's easiest to store. That means limited quantities — and a reason to come back tomorrow.
We're on Park Avenue East in the heart of Hainesport. Not a chain, not a franchise — just a shop that belongs to this neighborhood.
